By enrolling your child in any Legacy Sports Limited classes, camps, or activities, you agree to the following terms:
You confirm that your child is medically fit to participate and has your consent to join.
You also agree not to hold Legacy Sports Limited, its directors, employees, the venue, or its staff liable for any injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage of property that may occur during your child’s participation.
Inclement Weather & Cancellation Policy
Please note the class arrangements in the following conditions:
- In the event of any bad weather, all sessions at indoor facilities will run as usual unless there is a Black Rainstorm or a Typhoon 8.
- In the event of any rain, amber rainstorm or typhoon 3 at any of our outdoor facilities, the coaches reserve the right to cancel the session according to the on-site situation. In the event of a red rainstorm, black rainstorm & typhoon 8, classes will be cancelled. If typhoon or rainstorm signal is lowered 2 hours before a scheduled class, then sessions will continue as usual.
- Cancellations due to bad weather will be at the discretion of Legacy Sports Ltd and a make-up class will be provided if and when possible.
Refund Policy:
- No refunds will be issued for our programs, except in cases where Legacy Sports Ltd cancels a class due to insufficient number of enrollment. If a program is canceled before for this reason, all registered participants can choose to receive credit, or, a refund.
- Legacy Sports Limited also reserve the right to cancel a class if there is insufficient numbers upon enrolment, minimum of two students required to run the program.
Attendance & Cancellation Policy:
- Please notify us in advance if your child will be absent due to illness, vacations, or other commitments. While missed classes are not eligible for refunds or credits, make-up sessions may be offered based on availability and must be completed within the next term.
- In the event that we cancel a class or camp (e.g., due to bad weather), we will promptly notify you via WhatsApp or other communication channels. A makeup session will then be scheduled for an alternative day, time, or venue, subject to availability.
- Grounds closure due to epidemic emergency such as Flu, Coronavirus, SARS, or similar that results in cancellation of classes, will not be refunded or credited.
Parent and Guardian Responsibilities:
- All students must be under adult supervision while waiting for classes to commence.
- Parents and guardians who wait on site are required to remain at the venue of the activity.
- Parents & guardians to ensure their children are in proper sports attire, including the full Legacy Sports uniform & sports shoes.
Media Release Consent:
By enrolling, you authorize Legacy Sports Ltd to capture and utilize photos & videos of your child in promotional materials, advertising, and marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Legacy Sports Limited reserves the right to make alterations to classes and policies without prior notice.
